Built-in testing

It knows when a part is really done.

A connector can look plugged in and still be loose. Our robot tests every one: electrical contact, and a locked latch.

If it fails, it does not ship. You set what a good part is.

Contact, force and continuity can all pass while the latch is still open. We check the lock too.
